Long overdue, I know. But I kinda forgot about it. And none of the others *glares at his officer puppets* pointed it out. Then again, it's all pretty self-explanatory.

About DS: mission statementA. Who we are
Daoine Sidhe is a friendly group of casual but dedicated players engaged in the game of World of Warcraft.
The main idea of Daoine Sidhe is to have fun together ingame, be it through raiding, events or any other means.
B. Basic Rules
1] All members are expected to treat each other, and other players, with respect, trust, and fairness.
2] Members shall not engage in any form of cheating and/or other activities in violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA) of World of Warcraft. The penalty for violations to this rule can be suspension/expulsion from Daoine Sidhe.
3] All members are encouraged to help their fellow member if reasonable. For example: answering questions.
4] All members are expected to prevent or at least reduce inter-member disputes (including preventing the creation of these situations).
Should members have a problem with any other member (or non-member) then the use of the proper channels for this situation is strongly suggested (White Knight).
5] All members are encouraged to visit the website and participate in the forum talks/bullshit/fun topics.
C. Practical Considerations and Additional Requirements
All members are required to register at the Daoine Sidhe webpage and raid manager (http://www.dshorde.com). This enables the member to stay in touch and up to date on all announcements/official events/questions/etc and also serves as a forum for the member to voice out opinions/make suggestions/etc.
D. Recruitment and Retention Policy
Daoine Sidhe does not aim to attain a certain membership level.
The amount of desirable members shall change with the our goals and ambitions (e.g. 10man/25man raiding).
The primary recruitment method is the invitation of a person after an enjoyable instance/quest/co-operation/event and shall take place at in-game primarily. Members can refer potential recruits to officers, who will have a short conversation with the potential member.
Members are encouraged to play the game on a regular basis, preferably at least once per week; and active participation in events and/or activities is strongly encouraged. Members who show consistent inactivity for a period of 1 month without prior notification of just cause will be removed from the guild.
E. Events and other activities
It is encouraged initiate events and other activities in order to encourage camaraderie and maintain player interest. These activities may be in the form of contests, mini-tournaments, treasure hunts, expeditions, raids or other cool and wacky ideas members can come up with. Prizes and rewards from the guild bank may be offered to spur interest, though this is not absolutely necessary.
Events are an excellent tool for getting to know new members and will help members bond with other members and officers of DS. Both members and officers may initiate events. For guild bank prizes and practical aid, contact any officer.

The leadership team for this organization shall consist of a guild master, a second in command, 1-2 White Knights and around 3-4 officers.
The primary responsibilities of the officer team are to act as facilitator for the group, communicate directions and policies, maintain order, organize events/raids and uphold general morale and guild atmosphere.
